Services

The right help for your next step.

Smallhop AI helps local businesses work smarter, get found, and grow through practical AI guidance and digital improvements. Here is what that covers, in plain language.

How engagements work

Shaped around your business, not a menu.

  1. 01

    One project or several

Some businesses need a single focused project, like a website refresh or a visibility review. Others want a few related improvements over time. Both are normal.

  2. 02

    Scope in writing first

An initial conversation determines what makes sense. You see the scope and what it costs in writing before any work starts, and you can say no.

  3. 03

    No packages, no published prices

Fixed tiers rarely fit a real business, so we do not sell them. The work is priced around what your business actually needs.

Good questions

Common questions about working with us.

Do I need to know anything about AI to work with you?

No. We start from wherever you are, including never having opened an AI tool. The first conversation is about your business, not technology.

Do you only work on AI projects?

No. Websites, local search visibility, content, and simpler workflows are a large part of the work. Some businesses never need an AI tool at all; they need a clearer website or a tidier Google listing.

Do you have standard packages?

Services are shaped around what a business needs. An initial conversation determines the scope, and you will see it in writing before anything starts. We do not publish fixed packages or prices because they rarely fit a real business.

Can you help us use tools we already pay for?

Often that is the best place to start. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, booking and invoicing software, and many other tools already include features most businesses never switch on. Suitability depends on the tools and the access you have.

Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Google will recommend my business?

No, and nobody honest can. Our work focuses on accurate information, clear content, sensible site structure, and legitimate discoverability practices. That improves how your business is represented; it does not control what any search system shows.
