A website that says what you do, works on a phone, and makes it easy to reach you.

Your website is usually the first thing a potential customer checks. It should answer their questions in seconds and give them an obvious way to get in touch, without you having to babysit it.

Who this is for

For businesses whose site is not earning the call.

Businesses whose site is out of date, hard to update, slow on a phone, or simply does not explain what they do well enough to earn a call.

This is probably for you if

  • Customers still ask questions that your site should already answer.
  • The site was built years ago and nobody is sure how to change anything on it.
  • It looks fine on a desktop and awkward on a phone, which is where most people see it.
  • You are starting a business or a new service line and need a site that is credible from day one.

In practice

What we can help with

  1. 01

    New websites

A clean, fast site for a new or growing business, with the pages that matter (services, service area, about, contact) and nothing you have to maintain for its own sake.

  2. 02

    Refreshing an existing site

Keeping what works, fixing what does not: clearer structure, better copy, current photos and details, and a layout that holds up on a phone.

  3. 03

    Stronger messaging

Plain-language copy that explains what you do, who it is for, and why someone should choose you, written to be read quickly.

  4. 04

    Mobile usability and speed

Pages that load fast on a cell connection, buttons that are easy to tap, and a contact path that works with one thumb.

  5. 05

Simple ways to get in touch

Contact forms that actually deliver, click-to-call where it makes sense, and clear service-area and hours information so people do not have to guess.

  6. 06

    Ongoing improvements where agreed

Seasonal updates, new service pages, and small fixes on a schedule that suits you, or a handover so you can make changes yourself.

Working together

What an engagement could look like

The scope is set by what the business needs, which is often smaller than a full rebuild.

  1. 1

    Review

We look at your current site, how customers use it, and what questions it fails to answer.

  2. 2

    Plan

A short written plan: which pages, what each one needs to say, what to keep, and what to cut.

  3. 3

    Build

Design and content together, reviewed with you at the point where changes are still cheap.

  4. 4

    Launch and handover

Connected to your domain, checked on real phones, and explained so you know how to keep it current.

What to expect

  • You own the site, the domain, and the accounts. We set things up in your name, not ours.
  • We use well-supported platforms that fit the business and avoid locking you into anything exotic.
  • Imagery is either yours or properly licensed. We do not pass off stock photos as your team or premises.

Good questions

Questions about website design.

Can you work with the website I already have?

Usually, yes. If the platform is reasonable and you have access, a refresh is often better value than starting over. We will tell you plainly if that is not the case.

Will I be able to update it myself?

That is the goal. We build so the everyday changes (hours, prices, photos, a new service) are things you or someone on your team can do.

Do you handle hosting and the domain?

We will set them up and document them, in accounts you control. Ongoing hosting costs are paid directly by you to the provider so there are no surprises later.

Is your website doing its job?

Send us the address and a sentence about what you want it to do better. We will take a look before we talk.
